Subject: [CR]Silver Paint Touch Up Tip.

I have just been finishing up on the Cinelli and was considering whether to touch up a couple of small blemishes in the paint. One was about 1mm across and the other a scratch less than .5mm and about 8mm long. I am an artist (oil on canvas) so have a wide variety of paints but silver is a color/pigment I am always afraid to mess with so I thought I would just leave these blemishes alone. Well I was sitting at my table and noticed the "Sharpie Metallic" that I had bought to sign some things with, and wondered if it would work as a touch up tool (the Sharpie Metallic permanent marker is silver). Anyway it worked perfectly - one only has to touch the area to be covered. The silver matched VERY well with the Cinelli (mid 70s) silver. Obviously there are many different shades of silver so it will not work with all.
