Dave,

I believe that is a Galli KL-Pro rear derailleur. It was standard equipment on the neat OLMO Firenze from 1985/6 or so. What was neat was that the Firenze was available in pearl white only with almost all the bikes components anodized in one of three color choices - black, blue or red. The Galli derailleur (not cage plates though) would have been all black with the same markings as the ebay one. I've never seen the blue or red versions but they look pretty cool in the catalog I have.
