This will not be a two speed - Sturmey did not make two speeds until 1932/3 and these all had the stepped barrel. Is the hub shell nickel or chrome plated? A photo will help to determine if it is a Sturmey or what it might be - if it is a two speed it will date back to the pre-1910 period. SA K type hubs were made from c1921 onwards - until 1933 they were not dated but had a simple sequential number.
