If you're willing to accept a traditional appearance using modern fabrics, try Cycles-Marcarini in France:
     http://www.cycle-marcarini.com or you can see their advertisement in any issue of the French periodical Velo'.
      Look for the "Maillot-Mythiques". Note that they do not have size 2 listed for these jerseys - I think they expect most "old timers" to have put on some weight. (I have, but at 125 pounds I'm still a French size 2.) Last year, I did manage to get a specially ordered St. Raphael jersey in that size but it was a real experience. Of course, this was during August when they answered the phone but were not really open for business. Anyway, sizes 3, 4 and 5 seem to be no problem for them and they sometimes have size 6, although those may be as ephemeral as the size 2 jerseys.
