I finally get to use my mother tongue instead of the more common use of Italian, German or French!
The first complaint says: It wasn't a Schabak as promised in the description (Schabak make the best model airplanes and are very collectable like Matchbox or Dinky toys)
The second complaint says: Promised discount was never received. (It is linked to another complaint that the vendor received.)
