Just over a week ago, I offered a set of open 'C' Campagnolo Q/R skewer levers. Since I didn't receive any answers, I guess that either nobody was interested in the levers, or the quiz question was so obscure that nobody was able to answer.

To those that were interested, but simply didn't know the answer, the three names are commonly used in Italy to designate:

Carter: full chaincase Humber: 'inch' or 'skiptooth' chain pitch Palmer: tubular tire
