Of course many, unofficial personages within our little world have stated they will be back.. John Barron has a really special "event" planned that will be unprecedented! (More later on that and other surprises!) Grant Petersen told me "he wouldn't miss it" and many other well loved craftspersons and aficionados are already planning to attend. New for 2004 will be door prizes sprinkled around through the weekend. Some really nice stuff too... Mucho fun for all!
While I have your ear (eye, in this case) I DID want to draw everyone's attention to the Banquet on Saturday night. This is a first-time event and is going to be a very neat deal... very, very nice food, nice place (although casual clothing is fine!) Richard Schwinn has said in his speech that he would cover areas of his experiences that he has never spoken of in public. If you have not met Richard, you will find that he is a real "people person" and loves to talk!
Please note that the banquet is strictly limited to 100 persons (the same number that crammed in Cellar Anton's last year!) and paid-in-advance sign up is the only way you may attend. No one will be able to attend who waits until that weekend to decide! So do not procrastinate and miss out.
