"Clifton32" is a shared ebay acct between a retired man and his daughter. The daughter tends to run the auctions and is not all that familiar with vintage bikes, as far as I can tell. The man use to work for Raleigh UK, but I do not know his responsibilities with Raleigh. He did acquire a large number of Raleigh and Reynolds decals before he left Raleigh. It may be that "Clifton32" has found other sources for decals.

My first experience with Clifton32 was somewhat mixed... I asked the seller before the auction ended if they had any more Raleigh 531 decals and they said no. I then paid a premium auction price for what I thought I was told were the only ones available. Lo and behold, the same item then appeared repeatedly for the next year as the prices went lower. Ah well, at least I got what I asked for...
