Alan alloy cyclo-cross frames,in various decals,have won more cross world championships than any other frame,this must say something about their reliability/strength. The Alan "Record" road frame was beautiful,wish I owned one! Vitus 979 frames didn't in my opinion have the "look"! Happy cycling!
