Sorry this is not of much use but asked my 81 year old dad if he knew anything about FB hubs. Said they were Italian became popular in about 1950 onwards in the UK sold by the Urago Cycle Agency over here in England. Very expensive at the time large flange cost 77s.6d. compared to Gnutti quick-release at 59s. 6d. The other popular continental make hub at this time was the Excelto.
