I believe that this one was listed earlier. As I wrote then, I am quite certain that the tubing is regular seamed tubing of the era, NOT Reynolds 531. The rear derailleur picture shows the "steel" record and the quality of the joinery all around. I love mine; the word "funky" came up at CR when I showed it there, but then again, not everyone is nuts or started out with two of these in the 60s.

Around 1974, there was a full 531 from Sears, but that is a different bike.

Hmmmm, wonder what it is worth for the first gen front derailleur with cable stop and the record rear?...
