'In the mid-1980s, Campagnolo made a short-lived foray into the world of bicycle saddles.'

I've copied this quote from the Campy Only web site which you should read for more information on these saddles: http://www.campyonly.com/reviews/electa.html

I own three of these; NOS taupe and white ones and a used white one that my significant other used for riding for about a year before deciding a Turbo was more comfortable. The taupe one came from the wwcyclery eBay sales when you could pick them up for $60 or less. R. Sachs had a stack of red ones he was selling off recently but the price is way up these days, particularly for the titanium-railed versions. They came in several colors and I think some people try to collect one of each color.

I'd like to say more but the mid-1980's are off-limits, right. Come to think of it, maybe I should try riding that Campy saddle in place of my old pre-80's Brooks Pro. There, now I'm back on-topic.

I came across a really interesting seat. It's white leather w/ gold trip and can even be inflated! It's really pretty and definitely made by Campagnolo? Any info out there on these seats? Date? Model? Or...? I've just never seen a Campy seat before this. Mark, Stevens Point, WI 54481 USA mkoepke at uwsp.edu http://www.bikelist.org/mailman/listinfo/classicrendezvous
