There is a Colnago track bike for sale on Dutch ebay with a buy it now price of 300 euros. The bike is likely off topic because it appears quite new but the picture isn't that great. The text says:
Nice Colnago track bike. 58 cm size, center to center. Throught the lower top tube also ideally suited for example for pursuit. The bike is fitted with among others Campagnolo record chainset, Cinelli headset (sic), steel track bars, and BE CAREFUL brand new!!! FIR wheels (the front wheel is radially spoked). The bike is in perfect shape, therefore a real deal.

He says he will only ship within Europe but I doubt that he would refuse to ship to the US if asked. The Netherlands is relatively cheap to ship bikes from, so shipping wouldn't be that bad to the US.
