I have never seen a GB 531 track stem. Do you still have it? If so, any photos? Do you know its dimensions, especially length and bar diameter? Is it still for sale?
I have mid-70s Raleigh Pro track bike with 3TTT alloy track bars and the standard alloy 3TTT road stem that it came with (though it also originally had GB "Map-of-England" road bars). The idea of a Brit track stem sounds interesting.
