Hah, a subject with which I am well aquainted. I take a cable, put it in a
vise with the end sticking up over the jaws a bit (you'll figure out how much
pretty easily), chuck a grinding stone up in the Dremel and just go around and
around until the end is the right size. Use a stone, not a cutter. You can also
file them down but the Dremel method gets them rounder.
