Hi Group, Yes, Jay, it does appear to have brazed on tt cable stops...hmmm...
As I live near the seller, I've emailed the seller to see if he/she is willing to let me take a peek at the bike in person. If the answer is affirmative, I'll report back my findings to the group asap. -Dan Borden in Brookline, MA
