A simpler way around the Paypal surcharge is to build it into your price to begin with, like the rest of the business world does. If my sales on eBay are representive of normal , 95%+ of ebay sales are now payed via Paypal. I don't think thay there are any rules that prohibit giving a discount on the S/H for "cash" payments.
