Maybe this applies to the CR list, since many of us use e-bay frequently.

Ditto. I have never sold on e-bay (yet), and not purchased a lot, but I have an otherwise 100% positive feedback record. I purchased from a seller with a somewhat misleading ad, though it was technically correct. I said as much in my neutral feedback, so he zings me with negative feedback telling people to avoid selling to me. I feel his comments were unjustified, and mine were (I guess this is always the case), but I think it would be easily supportable to anyone reading his description, then seeing what I received. People bothering to read my feedback would likely see this, but just by the percentage alone I look like a bum auctioneer.
Is there any recourse I have through e-bay? I mean, what if buyers or sellers were perfectly legit and upstanding, but some jerk just likes fouling the works. For low-activity participants, this really kills your rating. Selling more will slowly up the percentage, but with a 94% rating it's tough to sell. It's a catch22.
