Have you tried using RIT cloth dye to make your own? Just take cloth tape (ie Tressostar) and dye it per directions.. I have not tried this yet, but Aldo Ross says it works great and I am pleasantly surprised by the results... Who knows? maybe you could make custom colors by mixing dyes!
