Contact cement should do the trick. No need to heat it. Just get the surfaces very clean and apply an extremely thin layer of cement to both surfaces.

Subject: [CR]Repairng cracked Campy NR pully/idler wheels

Hi, Is there any way to effectively repair the crack that is found along the seam of Campagnolo Nuovo Record pully wheels? Both pullys have an .75mm crack along this seem and are in new condition otherwise. I hate to throw them out without having tried to repair them first.

I was thinking of heating them in the oven so that they are pliable then gluing with some type of epoxy then clamping them back together.

Is there a significant risk to riding on cracked pully wheels?
Thanks,
