Hmmm. Looking at this closer, I might be wrong. The Nitto track bars sold in the US look like they have a bit deeper drop, and I don't think that they have the engraved logo. Rather, they just say "Nitto."

The stem does appear to say "Cinelli Milano." Since the stem is likely a 26.4, that might rule out Nitto for the bars. That could be the old Cinelli crest, too. Darn, they sure don't look like my Criterium bars, though. Maybe it's the angle of the photo.
