In this case, if you were to stick ot Italian systems, that was either Cambio Corsa or Margherita Vittoria. The similar vintage Bianchi that I will be shipping over from Italy shortly has the same levers but does not have the VM mount feature.
I agree... very kool. Do you think that crank is original to the bike? The pedals clearly aren't. I can't quite see what is stamped on the side of the crank in the above jpeg, but it doesn't look like the typical "Bianchi" in script that were on all the old Bianchi steel cranks I have seen. It does have the classic "BBB" signature chainring, of course.
