Yes, I have dealt with Brad also. We had a bit of a falling out over a Miyata frame a few years ago, no one to blame, just a misunderstannding - he was more annoyed at me than I at him. However, I have never known him to be anything other than honest, and I'm sure that if he charges your card he will deliver the goods. Perhaps your order was just mislaid.
