Wes, I think you're right about the normal high flange box. There were too few of the Hi-Lo's to warrant special packaging when a high flange box would work. Years ago, I ordered a Hi-Lo and was told I could get either a high or low flange front with it. The set arrived without a box. Rick Cool Fairfax, VA
