While the 64cm size probably does matter in this case, the "dent in the left seat stay" and "some rust" are probably also contributing factors to the low selling price.

Of course, there's also the factor that makes eBay successful, which is simply the auction environment itself. The smaller frame had 6 bidders , the larger only two. A couple of years ago, I watched two auctions for sets of Huret clamp-on shifters, both sets with little discernable difference and both ending on the same day. One set sold for almost three times more than the other. The only real difference was that one auction, for reasons unknown, had attracted more bidders.

Sometimes, you just never know how it's going to go.

The higher priced one is the "Mark II" with a little more aggressive geometry, but a 10:1 price ratio? Does size matter? :-).
