And that photo shows an adjustment range which is clearly easy to understand , but would still look great in a large informative poster !

Shifts great; It's been on six frames. Never gives any trouble at all- hasn't been "re-adjusted" since the day I installed it. The most dependable derailleur I have ever owned.
It is very light compared to anything made today-- steel notwithstanding -- there just is no extraneous material!
