Several members have replied that they have received stuff with no problem from Cyclo-Network. They seem to have been formed since the Grab Bag scandal. The feedback is all positive, but it only starts Dec 3. This is kind of like doing business with a firm emerging from Chapter 11. Potentially some good deals, but one must be aware of the risk. One story is that Carsten is locating the goods, but someone else is managing the finances and shipping. Don't think I'd bid again, knowing the connection, but they're only into me for $40 to $45 plus shipping, and the hassle of withdrawing the bid is probably more than that. I may pay them and hope for the best. Supposedly the transactions do receive PayPal Buyer Protection, for whatever that's worth. Oddly, they do openly state the connection to Carsten, although it is buried in the terms and conditions. You would think they would try to conceal the association.
