I have had extensive dealings with Carsten in the past (40 plus deals) and have always been extremely happy. If things were late (he had a baby) he always sent a special little extra and an apology. I am very sure he will make good on all his dealings. I am not completely sure he is connected with the current operation as some one else is sending responses stating that Cartsten is in the background now. It would be good to hear directly from him.
