Sometime between 1958 and 1961. It varied with the parts. The last Gran Sport derailleur with the open C on the back was version 3, produced from 1953 through 1955. The wheel QRs ran to at least the intro of the all alloy hubs in 1958. The likely change date was 1958, but the Gran Sport items were still catalogue items for awhile. I have some NOS 1958 low flange 3 piece hubs with the
open C skewers.
