Thanks for the info about Fiamme rims. On the subject of the hubs, I'd have to say that the FB hubs shown in the 1938 Tabucchi catalogue with Campagnolo QRs are small flange and clearly marked "FB". I don't have the catalogue in front of me but from memory the rear was a single fixed.
