Hi Bruce, I'm pretty sure the single speed hubs were the ones that were (or evolved into those) used for the 3 speed two lever changers. I don't think any of the hub barrels were marked "Campagnolo" until the change in flange spacing that allowed 4 and 5 speed freewheels. WhooHoo!
