Hi everyone
I posted earlier a request to identify this bike. It appears to be 30s. It has a ROTA derailleur, Bayliss Wiley hubs, Schwinn engraved brakes and adjustable stem. It has "Hank & frank decals on the seat tube and head tube. Any help would be greatly appreciated
