Greg,

I have two sizes of drive rivets. I buy them at my local bolt and fastener supply. If you need a few just let me know. The small ones require pilot hole .060" and the larger ones .083" or so. What kind of badge are you mounting? If it's a Raleigh then I have another approach for you.

Would anyone have a source for self-tapping rivets? I have done web searches and looked through McMaster-Carr with no luck. I need these for attaching a head badge. A friend found me some small ones for a #45 drill bit size, but these are too small. I thought, perhaps, one of the UK members might know where some can be found. The existing holes are approximately the size of a 6-32 screw.

Thanks.
