SLX and TSX are rifled, but not at the top of the seattube. SL is smooth for the entire length of the tube. Size of the seatpost for a tretubi that is SL will normally be 27.2 too, indicating a wall thickness of .7 mm. Cromor and Aelle use a thicker tubing and therefore, smaller seatpost. Of course, you can butt or ream most tubes to 27.2 too, but I don't think very many builders did that for cheap tubing. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
