What you can't see on the ebay lever is the color of the body. The levers with the round holes were made for a few years beyond the "no name" brakes, along with darker colored bodies. The light body, round hole was produced for two or three years (starting in 1968), then the body was anodized dark, still with the round cable hole (I have 2 pair). I think the round hole was phased out in 1971 or 1972.

In any event, if you want to correctly match levers to the "no name" brakes, they must be the light body, round hole levers. I believe these are also correct for the first year or so of brakes with lettering. The dark body, round hole levers are definitely for brakes with lettering.
