All tubes butted is a bit of a misnomer. The main triangle are butted. But the seat stays and chainstays I believe are tapered. I don't know of any butted seat stays or chainstays.

Question-

Does a Raleigh International have all the tubes butted 531, or just the main tubes?

Thanks for your help.
