Velox makes a tubular attachment tape called Jantex competition 76. I found this at my lbs, and without instructions. The bike shop owner has no experience with this product. Is this a temporary attachment tape for emergencies, or like the Tufo brand, used for permanent tubular attachment? Like the Tufo one, do you moisten the tire tape to allow for positioning when mounting? Anybody have any experience with this stuff?
