Marc;

Don't know where to get them, but they are quite easy to make... get a large diameter cork from a craft shop (if you don't have one in your area, check Google for pottery suppliers, they usually have several dozen sizes, up to 6" in diameter)

Just drill a hole in the cork the size of your straw and place a bolt in the hole (protect the cork with a couple of washers), and tighten it all down with two nuts jammed together. Then chuck the bolt in your electric drill and put the drill in a vise or get someone to hold it while you turn down the cork to the desired contour by holding a file against it as it spins. Should only take a few minutes. Don't go overboard... stop often and check the fit.

Naturally, you may luck out and find a cork the right size... but making your own is more fun and it will also allow you to customize the contour to look more attractive or more authentic (some of the old water bottle stoppers had shoulders on them for example).
