As someone who has dealt with Jim Mincher for over 30 years, you can trust what he says. He is honorable, one of the good guys, a great ambassador for cycling and runs a truly customer-focused shop. He is a collector of all things cycling (heavyweights, middleweights, lightweights, crates, etc.). I would bid on anything he offered without concerns.

Hi Nick,

I disagree with the seller's "NOS" declaration. In my mind, NOS implies never been mounted and rarely taken out of a box.

"THE CUPS WERE PUT IN A FRAME BUT NEVER FULLY ASSEMBLED THEN TAKEN BACK OUT AND PUT BACK IN THE BOX"

Mounted parts (and associated scrapes) do not equate with NOS...
