Can't think of anything worse, for the bidder, than extending an ebay auction. The bids are there for all to see, the auction ends at the same time for everyone.....what's the problem? The only people that don't like sniping are the crybabies that lost the auction because they were too tight with their bidding. I *am* surprised that ebay hasn't instituted auction extensions since it would be terrible for bidders, but would be extremely good for ebay's bottom line and that's ALL they're interested in, believe me.

Bike content: Recently bought a beautiful 40 year old B.17 and am glad they didn't extend the auction. ;-)
