Ken and CR list-members,

Ken, we don't know each other, but I've been enjoying your posts to the CR list. I have but three mundane bikes that I like to ride, and I really enjoy learning about the frames and parts the more experienced list-members have in their collection.

There are lots of folks on this list who don't want to lose your company--they, like me, value your expertise and were glad to see your name on a post a week or so ago.

At any rate . . . I wish you'd reconsider and stay with the list.

And I wish we CR list-members could all do as Brian suggests: steer clear of things we think might get us riled . . . and just get along with each other in general.

Here, with lightweight bikes of so many makes from so many nations, it seems we have the valuable means of transcending all other differences. Here, at least, we should find what Robert Frost found in poetry--"a momentary stay against the confusion of the world."

Peace,
