In light of current List friction. To paraphrase:

"Why can't we all just get on a bike?" ------------ Obligatory Classic content...

Any ideas why the front and rear dropouts on my 1955/56 Armstrong Pathracer would be spaced at 94/114mm ? Someone once suggested they are standard French track measurements(and I do have a vintage French hub with 94mm OLD)which I can't really argue with, but the bike is British through and through in every other respect...threading, tubing, place of manufacture, etc.
