Subject: [CR]tubing and saddle questions

I ran across in a friend's collection of bicycle stuff the following and am interested in identifying the quality of them:

On what appears to be an early seventies Mirella (the components match that date) is the following tubing identification sticker: Tubi Speciali Senza Saladutura Accinia LERI (that appears in different script and is in all caps) Aq 35. What level of tubing is this? Is it roughly comparable to a grade of Reynolds or Columbus?

On a post-Legnano Legnano, on the seattube it has a Faulk (Falk?) tubing identification sticker, and on the downtube it has Columbus SL tubing decal. Would it be likely that a bike would use a Faulk seattube and Columbus SL tube in the same triangle?

Can anyone identify the model of Italia leather saddle that looks almost like a torpedo, or sub-sandwich appearance, very narrow, and appears to be of high quality with silver appearing rivets.

Thank you.

Cheers.
