Subject: [CR]Campagnolo two-bolt seatposts

I have a three Campagnolo two-bolt seatposts in front of me that I am trying to date properly. I know which one is the oldest and which is the newest, but I would like to determine the correct period for each.

The newest model is quite easy to diistinguish as it has the 'limit' marking. Approximately, when did this marking appear? This newest generation also has different cylindrical inserts in the top into which the bolts get threaded. They appear to be conically drilled out, or does this have something to do with the superleggera denomination that appears on the box it is in? It also has alloy lower saddle rail supports (but steel upper rail clamps) In fact this seatpost is lighter than the other two.

On the middle seatpost (based upon age), it appears to be the same as the newest except for the limit, cylindrical inserts and steel lower rail supports. Any guesses as to the period in which this was produced?

The oldest one is quite a bit different from the other two and is definitely older than 1965. The upper part of the seatpost, that appears matt on the newer ones is now polished like the rest of the seatpost, and at the back, looking from the bottom, you can see two holes: one where each bolt can be observed. It also has appears to have been slightly lightened with a groove that runs from the top to the bottom hole of the rearmost bolt opening. My calipers also point that the seatpost wall is thinner at the lower end than on the two newer ones. I believe this to be a first generation seatpost but would like confirmation.
