Hi, Bob and all!

There is no way to determine a perfect frame size by person's height and seat tube.

Many people asked me "What size frame do you ride?", I usually reply that I am not sure but I can ride 19-1/2" to 21-1/2", whatever feels confortable is my size. You also have to consider the height of B/B, I have not measure very carefully but it seems varies 1 to 1-1/2"??

I am a typical Oriental body, 5'-8" with 31", short leg and long body, and very short arms. I can not find short enough/confortable sleeves with my shirts!

This is WHY, ther are seat post adjustments and various size of stems! Right??
