Well, I thought for sure that e-richie was setting us up for a classic punch-line here, starting out with "a person's foot length..." But, I see he is serious here. I assume that only unusually short or long feet would cause an otherwise "normal" frame size / saddle height to not be correct? Tell us more e-richie. determining
frame size and saddle height. any formula or chart that overlooks this
measurement is incomplete.
a person's height is not relevant when choosing a frame size.
