The series of levers concept is right on. Looking at foot length, you have to take pedaling style into account also. Some riders "ankle", some pedal toes down and others pedal flat footed. These all affect seat height, saddle set back (hence seat angle and top tube length) chainstay length and thence front center. There's a song about it...The foot bone connected to the...shin bone!
