Chuck Schmidt:BUT WAIT, it gets even more amazing: road racing frames designed for a finite service life (to win one stage of the Giro or Tour for example) like a F1 car the might break being pushed back to the transporter after winning the race. Refered to as a "Stage" frame, BTW.

What's more amazing, the fact that a 240 lb guy thinks he should be riding a 2 lb frame, or the fact that a bike or F1 car can be purpose built?
