A local shop, Velo Pasadena, help me out by selling me track-style bike stands at their wholesale so that I could offer them to attendees at $20 per. Attendees had to let me know before hand so that there were not any excess at the end of the event.

The track-style bike stands have a removable base for storing and have a vertical shaft with two plastic hooks that hold the rear of the bike off the ground by the left seat stay and left chain stay. Actually work for light maintenance on the bike too.
