Hi all, firstly I want to get this right, I always thought Hilary is a woman, please correct me if I am wrong.
Many thanx for all the replies I have gotten, will try to explain things a little bit better with the following.
I have organized a Regina EXTRA ( 360 grames for 116 links as opposed to 245 grames for 114 links ) for a reasonable US$20.00 from a local guy ( no freight ), I still prefer to use the SL chain if I can, yes I am aware that I really need to use a normal link for joining purposes, would be a real nightmare to do otherwise. I have access to an ex aviation engineer that may be able to make something up, I will visit him tomorrow and see if he is willing to take on the project, so maybe there is hope. I bought the chain quite a while ago on eBay, and it cost me to much to just not at least try and use, the nice seat ( Suede Concor ) that I got recently weighs 1/2 ton, so would like to reduce some weight from my Rigi, as also my 36 Nisi stretto rimmed wheels are no lightweights........regards wayne davidson Invercargill NZ.
